Adding a new account

I added a credit card, but I can't add my log in information. I know I have all the info right. What am I doing wrong? Joy

Hi Joy. Sometimes the banks can be difficult to connect to. I recommend trying again at another time of day. If the problem persists, email us at contact_money@strands.com with the name of the bank and type of account it is.
